1 (10 oz.) bag Glory Foods Organic Fresh Kale Greens
1 tsp. water
6 hard cooked eggs; peeled and chopped
1/2 cup prepared pesto
2 tbs. mayonnaise
1 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
sliced bread for serving
Directions
Place Organic Fresh Kale Greens in a power blender with 1 teaspoon water and blend until chopped.
Transfer blended greens to a mixing bowl along with chopped eggs, pesto, mayo and seasoning. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
