Morning Glory Oatmeal
Ingredients
4 cups water
2 teaspoons butter
pinch salt
2 cups classic oatmeal (not instant)
1 (15 oz) can Glory Foods Fried Apples
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 teaspoons brown sugar
thinly sliced bananas
fresh blueberries
toasted sunflower seeds
Directions
Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan along with butter and salt.
Stir in oatmeal, lower heat and simmer (stirring occasionally) until water is absorbed.
Remove from heat and stir in fried apples.
Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes then equally divide between 4 warmed cereal bowls.
Pour a little cream into each bowl followed by brown sugar, bananas, blueberries and sunflower seeds.
