Fresh Greens with Oranges, Blueberries & Almonds
Fresh kale is highlighted with ripe oranges, blueberries, and slivered almonds in this summer salad favorite.
Ingredients
1 (10 oz) bag Glory Foods Organic Kale Greens
1 bunch fresh spinach; washed and stems removed
2 oranges; peeled, sectioned and cut into pieces
1 small basket fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/3 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Place Kale Greens, oranges (along with juice from cutting board), blueberries in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir together the lemon juice, olive oil and honey; pour over salad and toss to coat Kale Greens..
Season with salt and pepper to taste then sprinkle with almonds before serving.
